Returns & Refunds Policy

If your items arrive damaged

You must send us a clear picture of the damaged item within 24 hours of receiving your parcel along with your order number in order for us to process yourreturn. Once we receive the information we will resolve the problem as soon as possible for you.

Missing items in your order 

If you have an item missing from any part of your order you must check and notify us with 48 hours of receiving your order. Send us your query via email to gelcolux@gmail.com including clear picture of your packing slip. We will deal with the issue accordingly.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
