Refund policy

Our return policy

We cannot accept return for all items due to the nature of some of our products. 

If opened these products will no longer be sterile and may be subject to cross contamination and not fit for resale. 

For items that you are able to return, they must be unused and in the same condition as when you purchased them. We cannot accept any returns on items that have been used or tested. You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

We offer a refund within 14 working days of receipt. Please note that we don’t offer free returns

If your items arrive damaged

You must send us a clear picture of the damaged item within 24 hours of receiving your parcel along with your order number in order for us to process your return. Once we receive the information we will resolve the problem as soon as possible for you. 

Missing items in your order 

If you have an item missing from any part of your order you must check and notify us with 48 hours of receiving your order. Send us your query via email to gelcolux@gmail.com including clear picture of your packing slip. We will deal with the issue accordingly. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
